Preschool Math Crafts

Not only are preschool math crafts a lot of fun for crafty kids, they’re also a lot of fun for kids who learn best with hands-on activities.

There are so many ways to engage and enlist your preschoolers in learning. From worksheets and games to crafts and books, it’s important for parents and teachers to offer a variety of opportunities for kids to interact with math on a daily basis.

If you’ve been around preschoolers for more than five minutes, you know that they are little sponges. They soak up everything around them (whether you want them to or not).

It takes many, many exposures to a concept or skill for kids to master it. So, try many different ways.

Play math games (Uno, for example, for number recognition). Read picture books about math concepts. Use math worksheets if your kids like them. And make math crafts like the ones below.
