Sun Count and Clip Cards
This summer, you can use these sun count and clip cards to help your preschoolers practice counting and number recognition from 0-20.
Summer is a great time to add some hands-on learning fun to your daily preschool activities. Activities like these, counting clip cards, are so fun that kids won’t know you’re sneaking in some learning.

Combine fine motor skills with math practice (0-20), and your preschoolers can keep the learning going throughout the summer months.
Sun Count and Clip Cards
Don’t miss these free preschool printables! They’re perfect for your summer lesson plans!
Today, I want to share a fun summer-themed math printable I created for you guys! You’ll need the following items to complete these activity pages:
• printer (I have this one.)
• laminator (I have this one.)
• clothespins
To get started, just print out the pages and laminate them if you’d like. I prefer to print on cardstock, and then I laminate the pages for durability. This helps the cards hold up to continued use by busy little preschool hands.

To use the cards, just cut them apart. There are a total of four per page. Mix them up, and have your child choose one.
Have your preschooler count the sun’s rays on each card. Then, have them use a mini-clothespin or paperclip to identify the correct number.
To make this a self-checking activity, put a small sticker or dot on the back of the correct number so that they can turn the card over and check their work.
