Use the PDF templates to cut out different sizes of stars from blue, red, and white construction paper.

Glue the third largest start inside the largest star. Then, glue the next smallest star. Finally, glue the smallest star on the top of the stack.

Cut out strips of red and blue streamers, ribbons, or shiny paper. Glue the tips of each strip to the back of the stars.

Glue the popsicle stick (or a colorful paper straw) to the back of the stars.
