Cut out all of the template pieces, and trace them on your desired color of construction paper or cardstock. Cut out all of the colored pieces.

You can also print the template on white cardstock, and use markers or crayons to color the pieces.

Glue the tent pole on top of the back piece of the tent and the tree trunks to the tree tops.

Glue the firewood together, and then glue the yellow flames to the orange ones.

Finish assembling the individual pieces by glueing the tent flaps to the front of the tent and the flames on the firewood.

Cut two half-circle pieces of craft paper to fit the inside of the paper plate. I choose green and blue for the grass and sky. If you’d like a night sky, use black paper instead of blue. Glue these to the interior of the plate.

Next, place the assembled craft pieces to the inside of the plate craft to resemble a campsite. When satisfied, glue all the pieces down.

You’re done!
