Paint each paper bag with watercolors, getting creative by mixing colors. Let them dry completely.

Glue googly eyes to the top of the bag, and if you want, draw a smiley face with a black marker.

Mark where you want the jellyfish tentacles using a pencil.

Cut curvy lines from the bottom of the bag toward the top, stopping at the fold. Repeat this at least six times until all the tentacles are cut.
