Select a sheet of green cardstock.

Trace the pattern from the template and cut it out.

Leaving the curved end intact, roll the straight ends to make a cone with your cardstock.

Place the cone on a flat surface and cover it with glue.

start wrapping the cone from the top to the bottom with your yarn.

Wrap and gently press the yarn onto the cone to ensure it sticks as you move down the cone.

Keep wrapping the cone until you reach the bottom.

At the end, cut the yarn and glue the end to secure it to the cone.

While the glue dries, paint a handful of styrofoam balls. If you don't have styrofoam, you can also use pom poms.

Apple small dots of glue to the cone where you'd like to add the decorations.

Use the template to cut out some stars. When the glue is dry, glue a star to the top of the tree.
